Jessica Sloan, Regulatory Economist

Jessica graduated from William Jewell College with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations in 2020. She worked for the State of Kansas, first for the Department of Children and Families and then Legislative Division of Post Audit, from 2020 to late 2022 before moving to a private sector marketing job in the New York City area.

Eager to rejoin the state and work on behalf of the citizens of Kansas, Jessica moved back to Kansas in January and joined CURB in February of 2026.
